Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. butter
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/8 c. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
2 boneless split chicken breasts
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. dry white wine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Melt butter in heavy saucepan.
Combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, garlic and salt on wax paper.
Dip chicken in butter.
Roll chicken in bread crumbs. Place on ungreased baking dish.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Add wine and parsley to remaining butter.
Pour over chicken.
Return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes.
