Truly Italian Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. tri-colored fusilli or spiral pasta
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1 small jar chopped pimento
    3 green onions, just tops
    2 cans pitted black olives, sliced
    4 to 5 jars marinated artichokes
    3 large cloves garlic, minced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package.
    Drain and rinse with cold water.
    Pour pasta in large bowl.
    Cut artichokes in bite size pieces.
    Pour artichokes and juice from jar over pasta.
    Add all other ingredients and toss gently.
    Serves 8 to 10.
