Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head of cabbage, cut fine
    1 large onion, minced
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, celery seed, salt, and mustard and bring to a boil.
    Pour boiling dressing over cabbage and onions. Mix well.
    Store in air tight container in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
    This keeps at least a week.
