Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked zucchini, peeled
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. Milnot
    2 1/2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix zucchini in blender; mix with remaining ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
