Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken (3 1/2 to 4 lb.)
    6 qt. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. regular rice
    1 1/4 c. crushed fine noodles (crush very fine)
Preparation
    Cut up chicken and simmer in water with salt for 1 1/2 hours. Remove chicken to cool.
    Add noodles and rice to broth and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
