Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 bunch broccoli, cooked and chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In a large skillet, heat butter.
    Add the onion and saute until golden.
    Add broccoli, garlic, rice and cheese.
    In a bowl, combine the eggs and milk.
    Add this to the broccoli mixture. Turn into buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Top with Mozzarella.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 60 minutes or until set.
