Fresh Apple Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 well beaten eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. chopped fresh apples
Preparation
    Combine cooking oil and sugar. Add well beaten eggs.
    Measure and sift together dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to first mixture. Add vanilla and chopped apples. Bake in well-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch loaf pan for 55 minutes at 300\u00b0.
