Swiss Sandwich Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 medium onion, diced
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
1 loaf party rye bread
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients and mix well.
Place rye bread slices side by side on cookie sheet.
Spread teaspoon of mixture on each slice.
Top each slice with 1/4 piece of Swiss cheese. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve warm.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
