Skillet Beef Stew In Red Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and pearl onions
    1 1/2 lb. boneless beef tenderloin tips
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Run frozen vegetables under hot water or microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes to thaw.
    Drain well.
