Basil Pesto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups fresh basil, firmly packed
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup pine nuts or walnuts
1/2 cup fresh parsley
3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. olive oil
Preparation

Put everything except oil in food processor.
Pour oil in the feeder hole while pulsing until the oil is all incorporated. Wonderful spread on toasted bread, crusty bread or warm pasta.
