Chicken-Rice Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    2 c. cubed cooked chicken
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet, cook celery in butter until tender.
    Stir in water and rice.
    Mix.
    Bring to boil.
    Cover.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Stir in chicken, broccoli and mushrooms.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes more.
