Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 or 3 cans whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt margarine; mix sugar and flour together.
Stir into margarine.
Stir in milk, eggs and baking powder; mix well.
Stir in corn.
Pour mixture into buttered casserole dish.
Bake until top is golden brown and center is set, about 45 minutes.
