Country-Cousin Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. diced onions
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. peanut butter
    1/3 c. ketchup
    4 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 (28 oz.) can pork and beans in tomato sauce
Preparation
    In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender but not brown. Add sugar, peanut butter, ketchup and mustard.
    Blend well.
    Add beans and mix well.
    Turn into a 1-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    Garnish with cooked onion rings and snipped parsley, if desired.
