Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker pie crust
5 egg yolks
2 (8 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
1 c. lime juice
1 c. whipping cream
1/3 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Beat yolks until light and fluffy.
Add condensed milk to yolks.
Fold in lime juice.
Pour into pie shells.
Refrigerate until chilled.
Whip cream to soft peaks.
Add sugar and whip until stiff.
Top pie and serve.
