Panzanella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Slices of Italian Bread, crumbled into bite-size pieces
    small slices of red onion, cut thin
    2 home grown tomatoes, cut in wedges
    cucumber, sliced thin
    rib of celery, chopped
    Fresh basil leaves
    olive oil
    vinegar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In bowl put in bread pieces.
    Top with onions, tomatoes, cucumber, celery and torn basil leaves.
    Dress with an excellent olive oil and add vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
