Smokey Beef Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. beef ribs
1 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Arrange in a single layer in a shallow baking pan.
Bake loosely covered for 45 minutes.
Stir together remaining ingredients. Reserve half of sauce.
Brush ribs lightly with sauce.
Broil for 10 minutes.
Turn ribs; brush with remaining sauce.
Broil for 5 minutes, basting frequently.
Serves 4.
