House Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head romaine lettuce, torn small
    1 c. red cabbage, shredded thin
    2 medium carrots, shredded
    1 c. alfalfa sprouts
    1/2 small red onion, cut in thin rings
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    1/4 c. sunflower seeds
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1/4 c. blond raisins
    2 ripe tomatoes, cut in wedges
Preparation
    Place in a salad bowl in the order given all ingredients, except tomatoes.
    Cut the ripe tomatoes in wedges; place on top of salad.
    Serve with oil and vinegar.
    Serves 6 to 8.
