Toffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    2 c. sugar
    pinch of cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. chopped almonds
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
    Add sugar, cinnamon and water.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly over medium heat until caramel color (15 to 20 minutes).
