Pork Chops And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    gravy
    salt and pepper
    6 to 8 pork chops
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chops.
    Brown on both sides in oil.
    Remove chops.
    Leave small amount of grease in pan.
    Add soup and water. Mix well.
    Return chops to pan.
    Turn heat very low.
    Let simmer for about 1 hour or until tender.
