Chicken Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken
5 or 6 slices white bread
pinch of sage
1 stalk celery
3 large onions, cut up
6 or 7 eggs
1 c. cream of chicken soup
corn meal and water
2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Oil an 8 x 9-inch pan.
Put corn meal and water in the pan to make cornbread.
Cook at 400\u00b0.
Let it cool.
Break up the cornbread real fine.
Chop 2 large onions and a whole stalk of celery (not just one stick).
Put in blender with a little water or chicken broth.
Blend until watery.
Pour in big bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Stir well.
Put enough chicken broth to make the mixture creamy, not soupy.
Bake on high about 30 minutes or until it browns.
