Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 stick butter
3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix in bowl sugar and flour; put next 4 ingredients in a pan and let come to a boil, then pour over dry ingredients.
Beat together buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla and add.
Put in greased and floured sheet pan.
Bake for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Start frosting when cake is about done and ice soon after taking from oven.
