Marinated Veggies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. carrots
1 small c. pimento
1 lb. can English peas
1 lb. can French green beans
4 celery ribs
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 medium green pepper
Preparation
-
Blend vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and pepper and pour over vegetables.
Let sit overnight.
Do not drain vegetables before serving.
