Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe

1 stick margarine
2 c. graham cracker or vanilla wafer crumbs
2 sticks soft margarine
2 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
4 medium bananas
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large tub Cool Whip

Preparation

Mix 1 stick margarine and graham cracker crumbs well and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat 2 soft sticks margarine, 2 eggs and 2 cups powdered sugar with mixer at least 15 minutes.
The more you beat the creamier the filling.
Spread on crust.
Top with sliced bananas and pineapple.
Spread on Cool Whip.
Cover with nuts and cherries.
Refrigerate.
