Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped herbs (parsley, chives, thyme, sage)
4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Peel potatoes if the skin is tough, otherwise just scrub good and rinse.
Cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through.
Put potatoes in baking dish.
Fan them slightly. Sprinkle with salt, drizzle with butter and sprinkle with herbs. Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with cheeses.
Bake another 10 to 15 minutes.
Check with fork.
