Pecan Kisses (Candy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 c. pecan halves

Preparation

Mix beaten egg whites, brown sugar and vanilla flavoring well.
Coat each pecan half well with this mixture. Place on buttered cookie sheet, careful not to touch each other.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
