Andagi(Okinawan Doughnuts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, Bisquick and sugar together, then fold in the rest of the ingredients.
    Do not mix as you would a cake mix.
    Drop 1/2 tablespoonfuls (or smaller if desired) of dough into deep fat, cooking at medium heat.
    Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
