Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion, chopped
    10 small potatoes, thinly sliced
    6 carrots, thinly sliced
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 stick margarine
    5 Tbsp. flour (plain)
    3 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion in frying pan.
    Drain.
    In a large casserole dish, put hamburger in bottom, then layer potatoes and carrots, and top with Cheddar cheese.
    Set aside.
