Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 heaping tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1 can whole kernel corn
    milk
    2 to 3 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. dry onion flakes or add any spice you like
Preparation
    Drain corn.
    Reserve liquid and add milk to make 1 cup. Combine all ingredients (can add any spices you like).
    Stir and mix well.
    Let stand 20 minutes.
    Deep fry.
    Drop by tablespoons into hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
    Makes approximately 12 to 15 corn fritters.
