Buckeyes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (16 oz.) confectioners sugar
    1 c. chunky peanut butter
    2 sq. (1 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate
    2/3 c. butter, softened
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients (everything but the semi-sweet chocolate) until well mixed.
    Roll into 1 inch balls. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over hot, not boiling water.
    Dip each ball in chocolate coating only half. Refrigerate.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
