Southern Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 lemon (includes juice and rind)
    5 oz. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. red hot sauce
    14 oz. ketchup (I use more)
    salt and pepper
    5 to 7 lb. boneless pork
    1/4 c. brown sugar (optional)
    1 to 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    In large crock-pot, boil pork for 8 to 10 hours.
    Use enough water to cover meat. Cool pork overnight. Reserve broth.
