Whole Wheat Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter, at room temperature
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs, room temperature
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar to roll cookies in
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Add brown sugar and continue to beat for 1 minute.
    Beat in eggs and vanilla.
    Combine dry ingredients, then stir them into creamed mixture about one-third at a time.
    With floured hands, roll into 1-inch balls.
    Roll the balls in sugar and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
