Pumpkin Bread(Muffins) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar, oil, eggs and salt together. Add pumpkin, water, soda and flour.
    One cup of nuts may be added. Grease and flour 3 coffee cake pans.
    Divide batter.
    Cook 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
    It also makes 36 muffins in much less time. Can be frozen.
