Banana Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed bananas
    2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. sour milk or 1/2 tsp. vinegar to 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
    Add bananas.
    Mix baking soda with sour milk and add.
    Fold in flour.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes. Icing not necessary.
