Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. roast
    1 large can green beans
    1 large can corn
    7 large potatoes
    1 jar tomatoes and juice
Preparation
    Pressure cook roast for 30 minutes or bake in the oven for 2 1/2 hours.
    Cut roast in small pieces.
    Drain meat.
    Add veggies. Add juice and tomatoes.
    Stir, then cover and simmer 40 minutes.
