Chocolate Surprise Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
2/3 c. oil
2 c. water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. white sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Preparation

Mix together until fluffy the cream cheese, egg, white sugar and salt.
Add chocolate chips to mixture.
Drop one heaping teaspoonful of cream cheese-chocolate chip mixture into each cupcake.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Frost when cool, if desired.
