English Muffin Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. English muffins
1 c. chopped olives (black)
1/2 tsp. curry powder or more
1 1/2 c. sharp white Cheddar
1/2 c. or more mayonnaise
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Preparation

Toast English muffins.
Mix other ingredients in bowl.
Spread onto English muffins.
Place under broiler until cheese melts and is slightly browned.
Cut into quarters.
