Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
4 bananas, sliced
maraschino cherries
2 c. crushed pineapple
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Mix graham crackers and melted butter.
Press firmly into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine margarine, powdered sugar, eggs, vanilla and cream cheese; mix well.
Spread mixture over the crumbs.
Place, in layers, over cream cheese mixture, as follows: bananas, pineapple, Cool Whip and pecans.
Garnish with maraschino cherries.
Refrigerate.
