Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. summer squash, cut up (about 6 c.)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 grated carrots
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion about 5 minutes and drain.
    Combine stuffing mix with melted butter.
    Combine sour cream with cream of chicken soup and carrots.
    Fold into squash.
    Place 1/2 the stuffing mixture into casserole.
    Spread squash mixture on top and cover with remaining stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
