Rice Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chicken livers, gizzards
    2 lb. onions
    1 bunch celery
    4 large bell peppers
    5 to 6 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Grind all of above together; cook over low heat in black pot for about 2 hours.
    Season with salt, black and red pepper to taste.
    Cook 6 pounds rice; add to dressing mix; stir well and serve.
