Blueberry Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) deep dish unbaked pastry shell
    1 (21 oz.) can Thank You brand blueberry filling or topping
    1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
    1 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice (from concentrate)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place rack in lowest position in oven.
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Combine blueberry pie filling with 1/2 teaspoon lemon rind; pour into pastry shell.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
