Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
    2 c. cream of chicken soup
    12 oz. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1/2 stick butter
    1 1/2 to 2 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts until cooked.
    Drain broth and cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
    Mix together chicken, soup and sour cream. Pour into baking dish.
    Crumble crackers and mix in poppy seed. Sprinkle on top of chicken mixture.
    Melt butter and pour on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
