Slippery Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. lukewarm water
Preparation

Sift flour in bowl.
Add salt.
Mix in shortening.
Add small amounts of water at a time, until dough is soft, but not sticky. Roll very thin.
Cook 15 minutes in chicken or beef broth.
