Wacky Cocoa Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. water (or little less)
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. margarine
2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 Tbsp. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa

Preparation

Smooth margarine in bowl.
Add confectioners sugar and mix until smooth.
Start with 1 tablespoon cream; add to get creamy. Add vanilla and cocoa.
Mix and frost cake.
