Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs, separated
1 1/4 c. milk
4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Mix egg whites until stiff (set aside).
Place flour, salt, baking powder and egg yolks in bowl; stir in milk.
Add melted butter.
Stir well, then fold in stiff egg whites.
