John Wayne'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (4 oz.) green chilies
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 egg whites
    4 egg yolks
    2/3 c. canned evaporated milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Remove seeds and dice chilies.
    In a large bowl, combine the grated cheese and green chilies.
    Turn into a well-buttered, shallow 2-quart casserole (12 x 8 x 2-inches).
