Turkey Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey
    1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
    1/2 tsp. coarse red pepper
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. caraway seed
    2 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt (Morton, meat cure)
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke (hickory is best)
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix well together.
    Make into two rolls.
    Wrap into foil and chill 24 hours.
    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool in juice and re-wrap in fresh foil or freezer bag. Refrigerate or freeze.
    Contains 24 ounces protein.
    May adjust spices to taste.
