Barbecued Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 minced onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. each: molasses, vinegar, ketchup
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Soak bread crumbs in milk and mix with beef, salt and onion. Form into 12 balls.
Roll in flour and brown in margarine.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
Simmer 10 minutes, stirring several times until meat balls are glazed.
Yields 4 servings.
