Calico Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 to 8 slices bacon
1 lb. hamburg
1 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 (16 oz.) pork and beans
1 (16 oz.) kidney beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) lima beans, drained

Preparation

Fry bacon and drain.
Add hamburg and onions and brown. Combine catsup, salt, sugars, dry mustard and vinegar.
Add to preceding ingredients.
Add beans.
Place in casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Freezes well.
