Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
salt, pepper and Accent
generous dash of nutmeg
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 c. pkg. herb dressing

Preparation

Many years ago with three children, twins 1 year, Chris not yet three, my favorite time to get away from it all was to take a bath. I planned on it all day and looked forward to nap time.
This was the way it turned out everytime for what seemed like years.
