Skillet Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oleo or butter
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    12 oz. can Green Giant Niblets whole kernel golden sweet corn
Preparation
    Melt 1 tablespoon butter in medium skillet. Stir in bread crumbs and cook over medium heat until golden brown, stirring constantly. Remove from skillet and set aside.
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter in same skillet. Add onions; cook and stir until tender. Stir in flour, salt, dry mustard, paprika and pepper.
    Cook until mixture is bubbly, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk and egg. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Stir in corn and cook until thoroughly heated.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
